RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Promoting RINA name and service to the potential clients in Marine and Industry fields;
2. Identifying the new business opportunities, Pursuing and capturing the new contracts;
3. Negotiation of the contract terms and preparation of the documentation for the final closure;
4. Resolve the conflicts and complaints from the clients and Improve the relationship with the key accounts;
5. Internal coordination for some particular projects;
6. Visiting the owners, shipyards and makers on the regular basis;
7. Review of the targets and results with top management and other teams;
8. Review of the year result and Proposal of the strategy to improve the company and personal performance based on the target and gap analysis;
9. Review and collection of the late payment from the clients with the accounting team;
10. Negotiation of the penalty with the clients for the delay projects;
11. Forecasting of marketing trend and assistance of setting up the realistic budget for the coming year;
12. Participation of the annual committee and owner meeting, marine exhibition and boat show inChina;
13. Attendance of training in order to improve the communication and technical skills.
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Bachelor Degree in related major
2. Strong relationship with local shipyards, ship-owners, marine bureau and shipping associations, etc
3. Previous professional experiences in Classification Societies would be a strong plus; At least 10 years significant professional experience in similar or related businesses is requested., e.g. business manager, business development manager etc.
4. Good knowledge of both written and spoken English
5. Good Computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment, including Excel and skills in database management and record keeping.
6. Good interpersonal skills and team player
7. Kindly, honest and reliable personality
8. Self-motivated and be able to work under pressure
