Electrical Plan Approval Engineer/电气审图工程师

Principal Tasks and Experiences

• Perform activities of plan approval drawings about the requirements set by International Statutory Conventions and Regulations: SOLAS, LSA Code, FSS Code, MLC, Flags requirements, etc, checking safety matters in general and with particular reference to: fire protection, insulation plan, escape routes, life-saving appliances, crew accommodation.

• Type approval for marine equipment of life-saving;

• Work closely with excellence technical sectors of RINA and with field surveyors and clients on specific projects.

Education and Professional Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or above in Electrical Automation/Electronic Engineering, or equivalent Diploma;

•  At least 3 years professional experience in the ship electrical field.

• Technical understanding with IACS Class Rules and International Conventions (SOLAS, LSA Code, FSS Code, Flags requirements, MLC Convention etc);

Personal skills and abilities

•  Team worker, yet also accustomed to working independently and under pressure;

• Problem solving and client oriented attitude;

• MS Office skills;

• Good command of English, both spoken and written;
