Position Summary:
We are looking for a very experienced Sales manager for our Sales department in China office. The ideal candidate is someone that work with little supervision, with strong sales skills and ability to solve problems.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1、Responsible for sales of service; build and maintain the good and long-term relationship with customers and be able to identify potential new business opportunities
2、Knowledge of cost evaluation and bid preparation. ensure that the tender submission is prepared to the exact requirements of the client and submitted within the deadlines specified, Provide a professional approach to all stages of the bid and tender process, including estimating, tender submission and bid negotiation.
3、Assist GM to set up sales strategy, prepare the sales forecasts, execute company sales policy, achieve sales target of the year
4、 Collect and feedback competition situation, marketing performance etc.
5、Coordinate with other departments to ensure the smooth implement of project, good development of service work, guarantee the long-term development of business.
6、Any other duties assigned including assisting in the preparation of sales forecasts
Requirements:
1、Bachelor degree and above, Marine Engineering or related educational background is preferred
2、 Minimum 8 year’s experience in marine industry, be familiar with marine engineering service, with at least 5 year’s experience of sales and marketing
3、Background from Interior outfitting in Cruise, RoPax, new-building or retrofitting is highly preferred.
4、Excellent communication skill, both in Chinese and English.
5、Good command of Microsoft office software
6、Hard work and willing to travel is essential.
7、 Proven track record in delivering order intake targets
