MAIN TASKS：
●Deploy and maintain mainly computers and printers in yard offices, containers and vessel offices, as well as other IT equipment if requested.
●Weekly report IT main activities to the Site IT Coordinator.
●To install Microsoft Windows desktop environment with SBM standard software.
●To ensure IT equipment are kept in good working condition.
●To report to the Site IT Coordinator or his replacement of any deficiency in IT equipment usage.
●To support users with initial computer setup.
●To support users with their daily IT requests.
JOB REQUIREMENTS：
●Minimum 1 year experience with computer hardware and Microsoft products in a structure IT Department, preferably in a network environment.
●Good English level (Written and spoken).
●Ability to work autonomously in his own area of expertise.
●ITILv3 Foundation certified
●Experience with Cisco equipment
●Good knowledge of Microsoft Office products
